Breathing Techniques: Learn controlled breathing exercises designed to increase oxygen levels, boost energy, and reduce stress.
Cold Exposure: Safely experience cold therapy to stimulate the cardiovascular system, enhance immune response, and improve resilience.
Mindset Training: Develop mental focus and determination to overcome challenges and strengthen mind-body awareness.
Dan is a sought-after coach, dedicated to helping people reconnect with their natural resilience through breath, a strong mindset and controlled cold exposure. After recovering from a serious illness using these very tools, Dan left a long corporate career to co‑found Vitae Vi - a wellbeing company centred on nervous‑system balance, clarity of mind and sustainable energy.
Trained by the Wim Hof Method Academy, Dan blends science‑backed breathwork, functional breathing principles and steady, accessible cold exposure to help others feel safe, clear and capable in their bodies again. His approach is grounded, supportive and deeply practical - empowering people to understand how their breath, focus and physiology shape their everyday experience.
His teaching style is known for being clear, relatable and quietly powerful, creating an environment where people feel both challenged and deeply supported.
At Goodwood 's Retreats, Dan invites guests to explore breath, clarity and cold as pathways to resilience - not through force, but through presence, awareness and the rediscovery of their own inner power.
