The menu has been crafted by Goodwood's Gut Health Programme lead & nutritionist Stephanie Moore and Executive Chef Mike Watts. Each dish is designed to support longevity by reducing inflammation, enhancing gut health, and fuelling sustained energy.
Set in the heart of Goodwood’s 11,000-acre estate, The Goodwood Hotel offers a peaceful base for restoration. You will stay in a Signature Room with complimentary access to the gym, spa, sauna, steam room, pool and nature or breath walks to support your gut health and overall wellbeing.

As part of personalised support throughout the retreat you can take part in a body composition analysis, as well as receiving a private nutritional consultation to tailor your journey.
