This is a coaching-led training programme wrapped in the warmth and motivation of a community. For £59 per month, you will get ongoing access to personalised coaching support that would usually cost over £100 per hour without the one-to-one price tag. Our expert coaches get to know your goals, your pace, your strengths and your roadblocks, ensuring every session contributes to your progress.
