Yes. We’d be delighted to show you around. You can book a tour with our Health & Wellbeing team, who will guide you through the gym, studios, pool and wraparound services and answer any questions about membership options.

Gym-only members have access to the gym and studios but do not have access to the pool or thermal spa. To enjoy full use of the Health Club facilities, including the pool, you’ll need a Health Club membership.

No. Run Club Membership is a standalone membership and does not require Health Club or Gym membership. You can add it to your existing membership, should you wish to.

No. The Goodwood Run Series race events are open to everyone. Membership is not required to enter. If you are a Run Club member, you have automatic entry to all three of the Goodwood Run Series races as part of your membership.

Yes. The joining fee is taken at the point you start your membership, unless you join during a promotional period offering no joining fee.

Yes. If you’d like to experience the facilities before joining, you’re welcome to purchase a day pass.
Limited day passes are available to purchase at £55 from the Health & Wellbeing reception, which will provide full access to the Health Club facilities for the day.
