A 20m woodland rue, from Halnaker to Lavant, was planted by our forestry teams & volunteers, featuring native species like oak, beech, & hornbeam


Easy boy! The charismatic Farnham Flyer loved to celebrate every win with a pint of beer. His Boxer dog, Grogger, did too and had a tendancy to steal sips straight from the glass.




Estate milk was once transformed into ice-creams, bombes, and syllabubs, and the Georgian ice house still stands in the grounds in front of Goodwood House.









As the private clubhouse for all of the Estate’s sporting and social members, it offers personal service and a relaxed atmosphere

Project Lehar is a King's Trust International initiative that empowers adolescent girls through vocational training and skills development, and promotes equality in their communities. The project takes a holistic approach, delivering learning modules which enable girls to enhance their earning power, build self-confidence, and plan for the future.
The Duke of Richmond established The Goodwood Education Trust in 1976 to provide more young people with access to the natural world. Goodwood offers schools and colleges an exciting range of workshops and visits to inspire learning outside the classroom.
Each year, we support a chosen local charity through fundraising, volunteering and donation opportunities across the Estate. At our flagship events – including the Festival of Speed, Revival, and Goodwoof, we also team up with selected charities to raise vital funds. We welcome volunteers to help collect donations on the day, and in return, you’ll get to enjoy the rest of the event for free.


Being the Goodwood Estate Charity has been a wonderful experience. We have enjoyed working closely with the Goodwood team on events, staff fundraising, and at the collection days at the Racecourse and Motor Circuit. The significant amount raised will make a tremendous difference to many local people affected by dementia.
