What do you say when you’re asked if you want to blat about the Kent countryside in a racing car? Well, of course you say yes. When you’re then told that the car is a Morgan and the countryside is roads rather than Brands Hatch, well, you become intrigued.
We were offered that chance by DM Historics and their newly for-sale Morgan Plus Four racing car (yours for around £90,000). So of course we said yes, and went off to find out what a car with an ash frame is like when it’s been honed into a pure-bread racer.
