Right, Christmas and New Year are out of the way. What’s coming in 2018? First thing’s first at the Motor Circuit in March: The 76th Members’ Meeting and with that, a chirping, fire-spitting howling swarm of these. Porsche 935s (as well as many of its Group 5 contemporaries).
For now, our minds are on the big pig that dominated in period as 76MM rapidly approaches. A bright red example screaming round Spa serves as a nice palette-wetter. The staple whooshes lurches on up-shifts and belches of flame on the way down are something no other car does so consistently and quite so furiously as a 935. Roll on March...
