360 video: '60s Porsche 911 flat-out at Spa

22nd May 2018
Ben Miles

If you hadn't noticed already, then we'll let you in on something awesome: we've just spent a week in one of those little bits of motorsport heaven that still remain in the world. Yes, that's right three blissfull days of racing at Spa Francorchamps for the Spa Classic.

There just aren't many ways to get closer to the action than we did during our time in the Ardennes (check out the live streams posted to our Facebook page to see what we mean) but sitting alongside the driver in a stunning Porsche 911 with a full 360-degree view is one of them.

This was the first ever event for the new 2.0-litre Cup for just '60s 911s and, given the early-911's propensity for slightly questionable handling, you can imagine how spectacular it looked? Whether you can or can't the video above will demonstrate. It's a pure roller coaster ride of awesome sights and sounds.
