It’s a closely-fought Formula 1 battle, but not as you know it. Watch as Joaquín Folch-Rusinol's Maserati 250F catches up with Malcolm Cook's Cooper-Climax T43 during the 72nd Members’ Meeting’s Brabham Trophy.
And so unfolds a battle between front- and rear-engined racers, the monster Maserati vying for a pass on the far more nimble Cooper. Proof that in some instances, might is not right, as despite the Italian beast boasting an extra half litre over the British beauty, it just couldn’t make the pass.
