The Phil Hill Cup will make its debut at the 83rd Goodwood Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport, showcasing a grid of pre-1967 sports and GT racing cars inspired by the Sebring 12 Hours between 1964–66 and delivering raw speed and power on an incredible circuit.

When is the 2026 Phil Hill Cup?

The most powerful GT and sportscars of the 83rd Members’ Meeting will take to the track across both days of the event. Official Practice for the Phil Hill Cup is scheduled for Saturday afternoon, with the engines firing up at 13:20 to give this world-class grid its first taste of the Goodwood circuit.

The main event is a highlight of the Sunday schedule. Spectators should be in position for 13:05, when this thundering collection of 1960s icons will roar into life for one of the weekend's most anticipated races.

Who’s competing in the 2026 Phil Hill Cup?

The entry list for the Phil Hill Cup is a verified "who's who" of motorsport royalty. F1 World Champion Jenson Button headlines the star-studded field, swapping his Brawn GP seat for the cockpit of a 1962 Jaguar E-type FHC. He's joined by former F1 driver and Le Mans winner Thierry Boutsen, piloting the striking Iso Grifo A3/C.

The professional benchmark continues with 2012 World Touring Car Champion Rob Huff in a 1965 Chevrolet Corvette and GT specialist Yelmer Buurman at the wheel of a rare Ferrari 250 LM. Other names to watch in this elite pack include historic racing regulars Joaquín Folch-Rusinol Corachán, Miles Griffiths and Frederic Wakeman, all bringing world-class precision to this unmissable grid.

Which cars will be in the 2026 Phil Hill Cup?

The grid is a breathtaking showcase of mid-60s power, dominated by a fleet of Ford GT40s and Shelby Cobras. Expect to see the legendary Daytona Coupe and various AC Cobras dicing with a "Vette" onslaught, including the Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray and the rare Grand Sport.

The technical diversity of the era is on full display with European heavyweights like the Ferrari 250 LM, Jaguar E-type Lightweights and the Porsche 904 Carrera GTS. From the sleek lines of the Bizzarrini 5300 GT Corsa to the nimble Lotus Elan 26R, this field represents the peak of GT racing from 1964 to 1966.
