Video: Incredible flat-out Ferrari v Maserati '50s F1 battle

Most of us can only imagine what it would have been like to see early Grand Prix racers do battle in period. But thanks to the Goodwood Revival we can all pretend we’re in the 1950s, sitting trackside watching cars like the Ferrari 246 Dino and the Maserati 250F go wheel to wheel.

In the Maserati you’ve got the resilient Frank Stippler and in the Ferrari you’ve got the legend Richard Attwood. They use all of the track. They even trim the grass.
