Seeing brand new cars in the metal for the very first time is one of the most exciting aspects of the Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard. The Thursday of the event has grown to become one of the busiest days of the year for the automotive industry, as many of the world’s largest brands use Goodwood as a platform to launch and reveal their latest concepts and production cars. Here’s a list of all the brand-new cars you can expect to see at the Festival of Speed in 2026, as the likes of Aston Martin, GMA and Toyota announce their plans.
Alpine is about to introduce us to the next generation of the iconic A110 sportscar. In the form of a development mule, we’re going to be treated to the global debut the all-new, all-electric successor to one of the greatest sportscars of the past decade.
Built on a brand-new platform which the company says will make it the first ‘true’ electric sportscar, we’re excited to get a first look at what we can expect from a company that has reinvigorated the performance car sector.
It’ll make its debut on Thursday 9th July on the Goodwood Hill and continue in action as part of the First Glance batch throughout the event.

Aston Martin is bringing its new range of ‘S’ variants, which are centred on sharpening up the handling, stripping a bit of weight, and in some cases providing a modicum of extra power. The twin-turbo V8 in the DB12 S has seen its output increased to 700PS (515kW) and 800Nm (590lb ft) of torque, making for a small step in performance and a 0-62mph time of 3.4 seconds.
There have been tweaks to the suspension, with updates to the E-Diff and anti-roll bar. Carbon ceramic brakes are standard and weight has been reduced to further enhance performance. The exhaust is said to have a new ‘more muscular’ note, too, so we’re looking forward to seeing this car in action on the Hill.
It’s a similar story for the Vantage S, which builds further still on Aston’s most track-focused Vantage to date. With engineering tweaks to the suspension and chassis, we’re told this car will deliver a greater sense of connection between driver and machine.
Vantage fans will be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of this stunning GT car when it takes to the Hill during the Festival of Speed, the roar of that V8 is bound to remind us that actually, we’d really quite like to own one of these.

Then there’s the DBX S, which sharpens up the brand’s high-performance SUV with yet more power. Under the bonnet of this car, the 4.0-litre V8 now produces 727PS (535kW) and a whopping 900Nm (664lb ft) of torque, which makes the DBX S quicker from 0-62mph than the DB12 S by taking only 3.3 seconds.
It also benefits from similar updates to its chassis, not to mention a 47kg reduction in weight, and some styling tweaks aimed to give the DBX S a more dynamic look. Aston’s practical offering is more performance orientated than ever before, and we’re sure it’ll look the part when it climbs the Hill during the Festival of Speed.

Visually, the concept will turn heads in the paddocks with its Timaran-style front apron, aggressive V-shaped bonnet cooling channels, signature racing yellow headlights and extensive natural carbon fibre aerodynamic splitters.
While the platform can technically produce up to a megawatt of power, the production model is expected to deliver a massive 650-800PS (478-58kW). This allows the muscular, low-slung saloon to obliterate standard acceleration markers, launching from 0-60mph in under 3.0 seconds before hitting a top speed of 155mph.

The all-new BMW M Performance Track Kit is designed to transform the standard 480PS (353kW) into an absolute track ready, street legal weapon. Built squarely for serious track enthusiasts, this OEM package completely prioritises handling balance, grip, and wind-tunnel-tested aerodynamics without changing the engine hardware and software at all, keeping the original twin-turbo 3.0 litre engine.
The visual and mechanical centrepiece is an aggressive, manually adjustable swan-neck rear wing derived straight from the M4 GT4 customer race cars. This extreme rear wing features a dedicated ‘Race Mode’ that slides the element 50mm further black to maximise high-speed rear downforce. It has a rocket-like speed of 0-60mph 3.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 177mph, when the vehicle is equipped with the factory M Driver’s Package.

Cupra is making its first ever appearance at the Festival of Speed in 2026, and it’s marking the occasion by revealing two brand-new models that we’re promised will run up the Hill on each day of the event. They will be joined by the Cupra Raval that was launched earlier this year and outlines the marque’s vision for urban mobility.
Available in four specifications — Origin, V1, V2 and VZ — the Raval’s battery capacity ranges from 37kWh to 52kWh with a power output starting at 135PS (85kW) for the Origin and almost doubling to 225PS (165kW) in the VZ. We’re intrigued to see the Raval and the two brand-new models in the metal this summer.

You'll be able to experience the Denza BAO5 off-road at the Festival of Speed.

Inside the acoustically-engineered cabin which has been designed in conjunction with the sound system, there’s tri‑zone climate control and a built-in fridge, reinforcement if you needed it, of the D9’s focus on comfort and sophistication.

The Denza Z9GT will officially launch in the UK at the Festival of Speed.
With flowing lines and true supercar performance, the Denza Z9GT spits out 1,156PS (850kW), making for a 2.7-second 0–62mph sprint that’s going to look mighty impressive on the Goodwood Hill.
Its advanced electric architecture enables ultrafast charging from 10–97% in approximately nine minutes, while a quoted 510-mile range suggests impressive long-distance capability. Built on BYD’s innovative e³ Platform with rear wheel steering, the Z9GT pairs exceptional performance with precision, agility and cutting-edge electric efficiency.

Making its highly anticipated dynamic debut on the Hill is the all-new Ferrari Amalfi, a front mid-engine V8 2+ coupe engineered to deliver exhilarating track performance without sacrificing everyday luxury.
This versatile coupe stands out for its unprecedented balance of handling agility and everyday usability, capable of rocketing from 0-60mph in just 3.3 seconds on its way to a blistering top speed of 199mph. First seen as a static model, this year’s event marks the very first time spectators can witness its performance, proving that Maranello’s signature racing DNA can seamlessly translate into a highly comfortable and stylish daily car.

Taking centre stage at the Laundry Green display for its public exhibition debut is the Ferrari Amalfi Spider. Specifically sculpted for those seeking more dynamic, open-air motoring, this front mid-engine V8 2+ spider combines outstanding performance, elegance and versatility. Despite adding a soft-top mechanism, it mirrors the coupe’s breathtaking pace, sprinting from 0-60mph in 3.2 seconds and charging to an identical top speed of 199mph.
By adding the unique pleasure for open-top motoring, the Spider promises a deeply engaging sensory experience, maintaining precise handling while introducing a striking silhouette that looks completely at home at Goodwood.

Making an incredibly rare public appearance on the Laundry Green is the Ferrari Purosangue Handling Speciale. Developed as an exclusive, on-request configuration, the highly anticipated HS package is designed to further intensify the sporting character of Ferrari’s first ever four-door, four-seater.
While the handling upgrades sharpen mechanical and electronic responses for heightened cornering dynamics, the Purosangue retains its legendary V12 heart, vaulting from 0-60mph in a blistering 3.2 seconds and pushing on to a top speed of 193mph. Crucially, it achieves this extreme edge without compromising the everyday versatility and premium cabin comfort that defines the standard model, offering a masterclass in high performance agility.

The Ferrari 296 Speciale arrives at the Laundry Green exhibition to show how extreme track engineering can push production boundaries. This mid-rear engined plug-in hybrid Berlinetta exploits the absolute limit of its short wheelbase and advanced dynamic control systems to elevate the agility and responsiveness of the standard 296 GTB to new heights. By fully maximising its twin-turbo V6 and electric architecture, it delivers a combined power output of 880PS (647kW).
This track focused weapon blasts from 0-60mph in an astonishing 2.7 seconds before hitting a soaring top speed of 206mph. Sending all that monumental hybrid power strictly to the rear wheels, the 296 Special stands proudly as a record-breaking production model engineered for ultimate driver engagement.

Maranello’s hybrid revolution hits an aggressive new peak on the Hill with the dynamic debut of the Ferrari 296 Speciale A. Joining an ultra-exclusive dynasty of track honed spider — including the Scuderia Spider 16M and the 488 Pista Spider — this extreme plug-in hybrid model unleashes a staggering 880PS (647kW) from its mid-rear powertrain.
Built to set a definitive new global benchmark for top-down driving thrills, the Speciale A matches the coupe’s savage acceleration by rocketing from 0-60mph in 2.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of 206mph. It combines the blistering, immediate throttle response of electric power with the acoustic roar of a twin-turbo V6, creating a thrilling spectacle as it rockets away from the Startline.

Standing at the pinnacle of Ferrari’s current production range, the all-new 849 Testarossa makes its official global debut on the historic Goodwood course. The hybrid plug-in sports Berlinetta relies on an ultra-advanced powertrain, pairing three high-output electric motors with a mid-rear twin-turbo V8, unleashing a mind boggling 1,050PS (772kW) directly onto the tarmac.
This monumental layout allows the retro-futuristic hypercar to shatter records, launching from 0-60mph in under 2.3 seconds before rocketing to a fierce top speed of 211mph. Despite its power, it doesn’t compromise on ride comfort or interior refinement, showcasing a futuristic yet deeply historically rooted design that represents the peak of modern grand touring capability.

For those looking to admire striking automotive design away from the track, the magnificent 849 Testarossa Spider makes its official public debut at the Laundry Green display. Sitting at the apex of the line-up, the Spider enhances the car’s futuristic, aggressive lines with a bespoke retractable hardtop that folds away smoothly and precisely. It yields virtually no performance to its hardtop sibling, utilising the same 1,050PS (772kW) hybrid setup to tear from 0-60mph in under 2.3 seconds on its way to a top speed of 211mph.
This addition provides an immersive, open-air experience, allowing passengers to fully absorb the mechanical symphony of its hybrid architecture without sacrificing any of the ride refinement or interior luxury that defines the flagship Berlinetta model.

We’ve been following the development of the T.50s closely at Goodwood since it was first revealed to the world at the 81st Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport. Even after two years, we’re still not tired of the stunning 3.9-litre Cosworth V12; its 12,100rpm howl is one of the greatest sounds we’ve ever heard.
And it’ll be out in full song once again at the Festival of Speed, but this time we’ll be seeing the T.50s in its full and finished production spec for the very first time. You’ll be able to see Chassis 1, complete with its commemorative livery, on the Hill throughout the event as part of the Supercar Run.

The T.33 Spider was also revealed at Goodwood, during the 80th Members’ Meeting, when Gordon Murray lifted the covers off GMA’s first convertible creation. While still not quite ready for production, the VP12 prototype will provide another opportunity for us to enjoy the pure note of that Cosworth engine.
It’ll be on the Hill, again as part of the Supercar Run, throughout the weekend, giving us the latest glimpse, and sound, of this upcoming convertible V12 sportscar.

Next is a car that we in Europe haven’t yet had the chance to see up close. Excitingly, it’ll be on display throughout the weekend on the GMA stand, where all of us will be able to take a close look at the car that drew a record-breaking $20.6 million price tag at auction.
The first of five S1 LMs set to be built, this is a particularly special addition to the Gordon Murray portfolio, as it pays homage to the McLaren F1 GTR that so famously won the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1995. While it's clear where the inspiration for the design of this car has come from, it’s a remarkable evolution of the design that changed the automotive world forever more than 30 years ago. We can’t wait to see it in the metal for the first time at Goodwood.

The last from GMA is another car set to make its dynamic debut at the Festival of Speed. The Le Mans GTR is another limited-edition model, albeit a little less exclusive with a 25-unit production run planned.
It too is powered by that sumptuous V12 which, beneath the sleek bodywork that evokes Murray’s legendary longtail creations, will climb to a staggering and ear-splitting 12,100rpm. Be sure not to miss this car in motion for the first time.

Leading Honda’s vast showcase at the 2026 Festival of Speed is the world dynamic debut of the Prelude HRC Concept, a performance-focused interpretation of the Prelude.
Developed with parts designed by Honda’s racing division, this is a model that takes inspiration from Honda’s motorsport heritage and uses this technology to enhance the driving experience. For a first look at this car in motion, it will be driven up the Hill throughout the event by Aston Martin’s Head of F1 Academy Jessica Hawkins and racing driver Tiago Monteiro.

Honda has drawn on the success of its N-Series and expertise in Kei cars to produce the Super-N, a compact EV that emphasises space and versatility. With it, Honda aims to demonstrate how electrification can deliver on both a practical and emotional level, with features such as Boost Mode developed to enhance responsiveness and enjoyment.
Boost Mode increases the Super-N’s power from 47kW to 70kW, achieving 0-62mph in 10.0 seconds — 4.51 seconds faster than without. Its 29.6kW lithium-ion battery contributes to a weight of just under 1,100kg and provides a combined range of 128 miles, while a range of available colours only adds to the fun.

Making its quiet debut amidst the roaring engines of this year’s Festival of Speed is the Jaecoo 7 SHS. In a fiercely competitive electrified market, this plug-in hybrid attempts to carve out its own niche by balancing premium ambitions with real-world practicality. It is an approach that seems to be working, given the model's rapid rise up the UK sales charts.
Under the skin, the Jaecoo 7 SHS offers a 56-mile pure-electric range, a top speed of 112mph, and a steady 0-62mph sprint time of 8.5 seconds. Step inside, and the focus shifts to driver-centric technology. The cabin features a 360-degree camera system and an adaptive Windshield Heads-up Display that automatically aligns with the driver's seating position — a clever touch aimed at improving both ergonomics and on-road safety.

Sitting alongside it will be the larger Jaecoo 8, a flagship SUV designed with a clear emphasis on performance and on-road composure. To distance itself from standard family crossovers, the model utilises a torque-vectoring four-wheel-drive system. This mechanical setup is engineered to enhance stability and traction, aiming to deliver predictable, confident handling regardless of the driving conditions.
The performance figures present a notable step up from its stablemate. Powered by a plug-in hybrid system producing 428PS (315kW), the Jaecoo 8 covers the 0–62 mph sprint in 5.8 seconds. This flagship is configured as a six-seater, prioritising passenger comfort via middle-row captain's chairs. Visitors can evaluate the cabin layout and driving dynamics firsthand by arranging a live test drive directly at the manufacturer's stand.

Making its highly anticipated UK dynamic debut at the Festival of Speed is the Jaguar Type 01, a prototype that offers the clearest look yet at the brand’s bold new design direction. With inspiration drawn from historic icons like the E-type, XJC, and XJS, this lightly camouflaged running car is engineered to translate a dramatic stylistic reinvention directly onto the tarmac.
Making its dynamic debut up the Goodwood Hillclimb, this luxury four-door saloon will be put to the test during its 1.16-mile stint on the course, surrounded by spectators, curious to see its performance. Not much has been revealed about the Type 01’s powertrain, except that the most powerful model will offer up to 999.7PS (735.28kW). This is all the more reason to make sure you witness this dynamic debut on the Hillclimb over the event.

Lepas is making its UK public debut at the Festival of Speed with the launch of its flagship model, the L8 SUV. This all-new model from Chery’s international brand is powered by Lepas’ Super Hybrid ecosystem that features a 1.5-litre turbo engine mated to a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission, electronic gear selector and an 18.4kWH battery.
The L8’s combined powertrain delivers 745miles, with a pure electric range of 56miles and the promise of a fully electric version to follow in 2027. Offered in two trims, the Essence’s focus on tech, safety and comfort will set you back £34,900, while the luxury and refinement of the Elevate spec will cost £37,900. You can see the L8 run up the Hill each day of the Festival of Speed as part of the First Glance batch.

The Lexus LFA Concept serves as the spiritual blueprint for a next-generation halo car. It shares the same ultra-rigid all-aluminium body frame as its V8-powered Toyota GR GT cousin, but swaps mechanical pistons for a battery-electric powertrain targeted at pure, unadulterated speed.
While it drops the screaming V10 roar of the original legendary LFA, it replaces it with numbers that border on the absurd. The concept targets a 0-62mph sprint in just over 2.0 seconds, alongside an estimated driving range of over 400 miles. With the LFA Concept on static display, visitors will have a rare opportunity to get right up close to the bodywork and inspect the futuristic cabin details.

Maserati is bringing its newly updated range to this year’s Festival of Speed, starting with the first in-person appearance of the GranCabrio. Under its bonnet sits Maserati’s twin-turbo 3.0-litre V6 Nettuno engine, producing up to 490PS (360 kW) and 600Nm (443 lb ft) of torque. That means 0-62 mph in just 4.0 seconds – roof down, soundtrack up and space for four to enjoy the show. Equal parts performance machine and polished grand tourer, the GranCabrio brings a welcome dose of Italian theatre to everyday luxury.

Following the GranCabrio is the GranTurismo: Maserati’s grand touring coupé, offered across three distinct trims. The Folgore brings all-electric performance to the Trident’s line-up, while the Trofeo turns up the drama with Maserati’s twin-turbo V6 Nettuno engine. The Modena keeps things elegant and composed, pairing classic grand touring style with the same unmistakably Italian spirit.
It’s far from just a pretty silhouette, though, with the V6-powered GranTurismo capable of reaching 0-62mph in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 188mph.Producing up to 497PS (366 kW), the twin-turbo engine gives the GranTurismo the kind of effortless pace that makes long-distance luxury feel thrilling.

Completing the collection is the Grecale, Maserati’s everyday SUV. Available across four trims, it spans the all-electric Folgore, the sporty Modena, the carbon-fibre-detailed Trofeo and the GT, which brings Maserati’s cosmopolitan character to daily driving.
Elegant without feeling delicate and practical without losing its pulse, the Grecale blends SUV space with the brand’s unmistakable sporting edge. In GT form, its four-cylinder mild-hybrid engine delivers 300PS (221kW), a top speed of 150mph and 0-62mph in 5.6 seconds.

MG's presence at this year's Festival of Speed includes two concept cars for 2027, alongside the launch of two new vehicles. The first is the MG4 EV Urban, a hatchback designed to alleviate every electric vehicle driver's worst nightmare: range anxiety. Packing a 53.9kWh battery that delivers up to 258 miles of WLTP range, this clever compact aims to free you from constantly staring at the battery percentage every five minutes. When you finally do need to plug in, a 150kW ultra-fast charger will juice the car from ten to 80 per cent in a mere 28 minutes.
On the move, drivers can toggle through five distinct drive modes — including a 'Sport' setting for when you really want to attack the corners. It also doubles as the ultimate city car as advanced ADAS safety systems navigate tight streets, cyclists and pedestrians, intervening when it matters and staying quietly out of the way when it doesn’t.

Up next is the MGS9 PHEV, which will be busy proving its credentials with a flat-out charge up the Goodwood Hill. The combined output from the plug-in hybrid powertrain stands at a formidable 299PS (220 kW), taking the SUV from 0-62mph in 9.6 seconds.
This chunky flagship serves as MG’s first-ever seven-seat SUV — that’s seven proper seats, rather than the cramped compromises often found in the back of most family haulers. Better yet, the entry-level £34,210 price tag doesn't mean basic spec; a panoramic roof, power tailgate, tri-zone climate control and dual 12.3” HD screens all come as standard. Under the skin, a 1.5-litre turbocharged hybrid engine teams up with a sizeable 24.7kWh battery to deliver a healthy 62 miles of pure electric range.

Anchoring the Omoda display is the Omoda 7, a mid-size family SUV aimed directly at the heart of the modern crossover segment. Rather than forcing buyers into a single eco-strategy, the vehicle arrives with a choice of two distinct mechanical configurations: a traditional internal combustion setup and a more advanced SHS-P plug-in hybrid powertrain.
The entry-level petrol version relies on a 147PS (108kW) engine capable of reaching a top speed of 118mph. Stepping up to the SHS-P variant swaps in a hybridised system delivering a combined 204PS (150kW), which lowers emissions and grants up to a 56-mile pure electric driving range. The cabin features an expansive 15.6-inch central touch display, comprehensive remote vehicle access, and an advanced four-zone voice control system.

Rounding out the lineup is the brand’s premium flagship, the Omoda 9 SHS-P. Positioned as a luxury-leaning large SUV, it attempts to blend executive comfort with high-end digital architecture. To emphasise its premium positioning, the exterior styling leans into minimalist aesthetics, accented by a distinctive mineral-themed colour palette.
Beneath its polished exterior, the flagship's Super Hybrid System delivers surprisingly potent performance figures. It claims a swift 0–62mph sprint time of 4.9 seconds alongside a highly competitive 93-mile pure-electric driving range. Inside, the cabin is dominated by an expansive 1.3-metre panoramic sunroof that fills the space with natural light.

Stepping into the spotlight at the Festival of Speed is the forthcoming Range Rover Electric, giving visitors an exclusive, first-hand preview ahead of its full global reveal later this year. Designed to pioneer a new era of sustainable luxury, this cutting-edge flagship seamlessly blends zero-emission innovation with the brand's historic, go-anywhere capability.
With a battery size of 118kWh and an estimated range of 310 miles, this vehicle is still what a Range Rover should be: impressive off road and great to drive – but of course this comes with a Range Rover centric price tag. Powering this 2.8 tonnes of machinery is 549PS (404kW) and 850Nm of torque, giving a 0-62mph time of around 4.5 seconds, which is roughly in line with the performance of a V8 Range Rover SV.

Also roaring onto the grounds for the Festival of Speed is the Range Rover Sport SUV Ultimate Edition, a vehicle built to showcase the absolute peak of high-end dynamic performance. Engineered with a ferocious powertrain and a track-tuned chassis, this formidable machine is built to unleash raw power and commanding agility the moment it leaves the paddock.
This new vehicle focuses on enhanced performance, powered by a 635PS (467kW) twin turbo V8 mild hybrid delivering 0-60mph in as little as 3.7 seconds. We can’t wait to see it on the Goodwood Hillclimb in a display of dynamic performance.

First up for the French marque is the charming Renault 4 E-Tech electric ‘plein sud’, which incorporates a new electric canvas to augment the experience of driving this retro-styled recreation of Renault’s cult classic. Alongside the multi-award-winning Renault 5 E-Tech electric on the Renault stand, the brand will no doubt be hoping to convince passersby that brand new electric cars can still speak to the soul and evoke timeless style.

Reimagining the legendary spirit of the iconic 1980s Turbo and Turbo 2, the Renault 5 Turbo 3E is an attempt to bring classic hot hatch thrills to the present day. You may remember a development version of the Turbo 3E made a captivating appearance at the Festival of Speed in 2025, but this year we’re going to be treated to a demonstration of the fully realised production model.
Set to make its dynamic debut on the Hill, the Renault 5 Turbo 3E generates 563PS (414kW) and a whopping 4,800Nm (3,540lb ft) of torque from two rear-mounted electric motors. Trusting it’ll ever be able to find any traction with that much torque flying around, it’ll reportedly accelerate 0–62mph in under 3.5 seconds when it leaves the Startline.

Also making its UK dynamic debut is the cheerful new Renault Twingo E-Tech electric, giving fans an early glimpse of accessible urban mobility with serious personality - you won’t be able to miss it when it’s out on the Hill thanks to its bright green frog-like appearance. This compact EV targets a startlingly affordable starting price of under £20,000, and for that you’ll get a decent blend of style and convenience. It’ll feature one-pedal driving and a very usable 163-mile range.

The E-Outback is Subaru’s flagship EV, drawing inspiration from the legacy of the original Outback model. Its 74.7kWh battery can support more than 279 miles, and its electric powertrain delivers 380PS (280kW), making for a 0-62mph of 4.4 seconds. It’s also fitted with Subaru’s symmetrical AWD system, and boasts a ground clearance of 210mm which sounds to us like it ought to be pretty capable on Goodwood’s Forest Rally Stage presented by Subaru.
It’s there that the E-Outback will make its UK dynamic debut by serving as the course safety car. It’ll also be on display in a paddock at the start of the rally route, so if you want to see Subaru’s latest creation you’ll definitely want to take a trip to the Forest Rally Stage.

Subaru’s first all-electric compact SUV, the Uncharted, will also be on display in the brand’s paddock at the top of the Forest Rally Stage. A combination of ruggedness and agility, the Uncharted comes equipped with a 77kWh battery delivering a range of 292 miles, and a 344PS (252kW) electric motor that can manage 0-62mph in 5.0 seconds.
Much like the E-Outback, the Uncharted sounds like it too ought to be well poised for tackling the rough-stuff, with a 210mm ground clearance and suspension and steering that has been optimised for navigating robust landscapes. Head to the Forest Rally Stage to see it in the metal.

Toyota is making a serious impact at this year’s Festival of Speed, and leading the charge is the Toyota GR GT, a thoroughbred racing machine built to bring genuine track dynamics to the streets. At the heart of this long-nosed coupe is an entirely new 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo hybrid engine delivering a targeted 650PS (478kW) and 850Nm (627lb ft) of torque. To keep the footprint light and rigid, Toyota has utilised a bespoke all-aluminium body frame.
The official benchmarks suggests the GR GT can reach 0-62mph in under 4.0 seconds and a maximum speed touching 199mph, but engineers have cheekily placed brackets after the targets, implying the final power could be "or a bit more" and the weight "or a bit less." This level of mechanical mystery only adds to the anticipation of seeing this V8 hybrid tackle the Goodwood Hill.

Built to meet strict FIA GT3 specifications, the GR GT3 is a track-only weapon engineered around three uncompromising pillars: an ultra-low centre of gravity, a lightweight all-aluminium structure and aggressive aerodynamics. It utilises the same 4.0-litre V8 twin-turbo architecture as its street-legal sibling but strips away any remaining road-going pleasantries in pursuit of pure lap times. Inside, the cockpit features a complex, button-heavy steering wheel lifted straight from a high-end simulator rig.
The vehicle embodies Toyota’s core motorsport philosophy: using the harsh reality of the racetrack to build better vehicles. Despite its menacing stance, the engineering team insists the GT3 has been balanced to ensure its extreme performance remains accessible. It’s designed to be an intuitive, driver-centric machine that is easy to extract speed from.

Gazoo Racing engineers have set out to improve one of the most celebrated hot hatches of all time with the GR Yaris Aero Performance. Rather than reinventing the formula, the updates focus heavily on advanced aerodynamics designed to optimise high-speed stability and deliver a more rewarding driving experience.
Under the bonnet, the upgraded 1.6-litre three-cylinder turbocharged engine now produces 280PS (206kW), propelling the compact hatchback from 0-62mph in just 5.2 seconds. The vehicle’s deep-rooted rally heritage is evident in its highly responsive handling, engineered to feel equally sharp through tight corners and fast straights alike.

The all-new RAV4 GR Sport makes its debut at the Festival of Speed, this sharpened version of the popular plug-in hybrid SUV swapping the standard commuter softness for a much tighter, more driver-focused setup. Gazoo Racing engineers have heavily reworked the chassis rigidity and fitted bespoke, stiffer suspension springs to significantly reduce body roll through the corners.
To match its improved agility, the SUV receives a menacing styling overhaul, including piano-black mesh grille details, aggressive front spoilers and exclusive 19-inch dark alloy wheels. Under the skin, it retains its highly efficient plug-in hybrid powertrain, though tweaks mean the benchmark 0-62mph sprint has fallen by two-tenths of a second to a brisk 5.8 seconds.

Making its first-ever appearance at the Festival of Speed, and its European debut, the Yangwang U9 Xtreme will be an unmissable showcase of cutting-edge, aerospace-inspired engineering.
Powered by four electric motors delivering a staggering combined 3,042 PS (2,237kW), the U9 Xtreme set a new global benchmark in September 2025, surpassing both its own EV record and the fastest petrol-powered production car to become the world’s quickest overall with a recorded top speed of 308mph.
With just 30 models planned for production worldwide, this exceptionally rare zero emissions hypercar redefines the limits of electric performance.

After the Zenvo Aurora’s electrifying dynamic debut on the Hill last year, the Danish hypercar maker returns to Goodwood with the Aurora Tur, one of the most dramatic machines set to break cover this weekend. At its heart sits a 6.6-litre quad-turbocharged V12 developed with MAHLE Powertrain, a mighty powerplant billed as the most powerful V12 ever fitted to a road car, wrapped around Zenvo’s unmistakable obsession with form, function and full-throttle theatre.
With 1,876PS (1,380kW), a top speed of 260 mph and a 0-62 mph sprint dispatched in just 2.3 seconds, it has the numbers to stop spectators mid-sentence. The Aurora Tur should feel right at home on the Goodwood tarmac, when it is unveiled on Thursday all eyes will be on Zenvo’s latest masterpiece.
There will be a whole host of brand new car reveals throughout the Festival of Speed weekend, and we'll get our first look at all of these cars, and whole lot more besides on Thursday 9th July when the covers come off for the first time.
Tickets for the Festival of Speed are now sold out, with a limited number of hospitality packages still available.
If you’re not already part of the GRRC, joining the Fellowship means you can save ten per cent on your tickets and grandstand passes, as well as enjoy a whole host of other on-event perks.
